Returns policy
- Under The Distance Selling Regulations you have a 7 day "cooling off" period for goods bought via mail order. However, The Magic of Spain Ltd will refund you for the full costs of the honey or other items if you return them within 28 days in perfect condition. We will not accept items that are soiled or damaged. No claims for damages will be considered if the goods have been signed for as in good condition, they must be signed as unchecked or damaged.
- Unfortunately we cannot refund the return postage charges.
- We recommend that the items to be returned are sent back registered post. If the quantity is high we recommend they carry insurance to the value of the item. This can be obtained from the Royal Mail.
