Antonio has recently sent us some of his organic bee pollen. This is more expensive than some bee pollen but the quality is very good – both in terms of flavour and preservation of natural qualities.

Antonio dries the pollen naturally at air temperature. Much of the pollen available online is heat dried. This is said to damage the pollen.
The pollen is wild flower pollen – the bees collect it from a variety of flowers – and is available in 225 gram jars at a cost of £11.
